| MODULE 1 |
In the different local schools
This programme will take you through the basics of management. It will prepare you for the challenges that you may face in the international market from a local perspective and help you in the transition to going global.
The programme will cover the following key areas:
- International finance
- International marketing
- Cross Cultural Management
- Global Operations Management
- International Business Strategy
- Global Business Context
During the programme, the participants will work on projects pertaining to international business challenges that they might face in their work. The best project from each country will be presented to the entire group of participants and a panel of faculty during the second module on the INSEAD campus. Aside from helping bridge the two modules, the project will bring in local content, while at the same time providing a basis for the development of the more promising projects into case studies can serve as a future pedagogical material. |
| MODULE 2 |
At INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France
The second module will bring together participants form the other schools in the MYGLOBE team to focus on the key challenges of:
- Designing the structures and processes of a successful global enterprise
- Raising capital from global markets
- Building global brands
- Organising international supply chains and dispersed operations
- Managing international teams
- Strategic alliances
- Mergers and acquisitions
During this module, participants will present and debate the results of their projects discussing key business problems associated with internationalisation. This opportunity for participants to learn from each other should not only facilitate knowledge sharing but also foster a more meaningful networking environment. |
