Creating Value by Better Managing Risk in Your Supply Chain

Over the past few months, our newsstands have been filled with stories of previously unheard of companies at the heart of dramatic supply chain disruptions. Thrust into the spotlight, these disruptions have led to significant financial losses, shaken consumer confidence, and unfortunately resulted in the loss of human lives. Risk management should therefore be an integral part of the supply chain design and management process. In this webinar, Professor Yücesan will introduce and illustrate a proactive framework for Risk Management, which is directed at providing increased stability of plans, increased fidelity to strategic budgets, and in the process to enable a company to understand better the environment and markets within which it operates.

Enver Yucesan is programme director of two Open Programmse: Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing in a Global Network.

Gianpiero Petriglieri

Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour

Leading: the Power of Purpose

Globalisation, mobility and technology are often cited as challenges and potential opportunities for leaders in all sectors.  Professor Gianpiero Petriglieri, Programme Director of the Management Acceleration Programme, will discuss what it takes for leaders to build trust, bring people together, and advance a cause in such a fluid environment.
