What is the application process?
A complete application form must be sent to the Admissions Office. It is then processed and reviewed by the Admissions Committee before a place on a programme can be confirmed. Applications are encouraged as early as possible before the start of a programme. A full application is required before acceptance to any open-enrolment programme.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
What is included in the programme fee?
The programme fee covers tuition, course materials, lunches on working days as well as the closing dinners. It does not include travel, accommodation and other incidentals. Participants will have to settle accommodation expenses and other incidentals before the end of the programme.
When do I have to pay?
For confirmed participants, the invoice for the programme fee is sent to the person indicated on the application form between one and two months before the beginning of the programme. Payment can be made by cheque or direct transfer and should be received before the course starts. Further payment details are given on the invoice.
What happens if I have to cancel or postpone?
Due to the strong demand for INSEAD Executive Education programmes and extensive preparation needed for participants prior to the start of a programme, all cancellations of participation (including substitutions/transfers/postponement) must be confirmed in writing (via email/fax/mail) to the following persons:

The date of cancellation is considered to be the date of receipt, and will be acknowledged in writing within 3 working days.
The INSEAD cancellation policy applies to all cancellations, transfers and postponements of participation received 45 days or less prior to programme commencement. This cancellation charge applies as follows:

To receive a full refund, the notice of cancellation must be received more than 45 days prior to programme commencement. It is important that you inform us in a timely manner if you must cancel your participation.
Substitutions
In cases where a qualified substitute is identified by the company and admitted by INSEAD for the same programme and session enrolled in, the cancellation charges will be waived.
Tuition Fees
Please take note that tuition fees may be revised in September of each year. As such, the revised tuition fee will apply to any postponed participation. The tuition fee covers tuition, materials, lunches and tea breaks while on the programme. It is not inclusive of accomodation expenses and other incidentals.

How do I get to the campus?

What is available on campus?
Both Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses have:
- An international business library with books, periodicals and online access to business and management issues
- A restaurant in which lunches are served buffet-style, with a wide variety allowing you to select dishes according to taste and dietary requirements
- A health and fitness centre on the Fontainebleau campus and within easy access of the Singapore campus
- A bookshop selling a wide variety of business books, international newspapers and magazines, stationery, basic toiletries, postcards, maps and souvenirs
Who takes care of my accommodation?
Accommodation for all programmes is reserved by INSEAD, either in the campus residences or at a leading hotel downtown, depending on availability.
The approximate cost of on-campus accommodation in Fontainebleau is €850 per week and in Singapore €700 per week. Accommodation details will be provided between one and two months prior to programme commencement.
DURING THE PROGRAMME
What is the dress code?
There is an informal atmosphere at INSEAD and dress is usually casual from the start of the programme. Most participants wear business attire for the closing dinner but this is entirely a matter of personal choice.
Is the programme full time?
Yes, all of INSEAD open-enrolment programmes are full time. Evenings may be used to prepare coursework or to socialise with fellow participants.
When does the programme start/finish? What is a typical day like?
Programmes generally begin on a Monday morning and end at 16:00 on a Friday, although certain programmes may have different schedules. A typical day lasts from 8:30 to 18:00. There will be a combination of lectures, group activities and discussions in each day of the programme. Evenings may be used to prepare coursework or for socialising with fellow participants. Saturday afternoon and Sunday are usually personal time on programmes lasting more than a week. All participants will receive logistics information and preliminary reading materials between one and two months prior to programme commencement.
In what language are classes taught?
All classes are taught in English.
Do I need a visa?
