Coaching and leading a team for change
It has been said that there is nothing permanent but change. To lead change, you need to step back and gain the necessary knowledge and tools to understand the role of human behaviour in organisational performance. Following its huge success, Consulting and Coaching for Change has been developed into an Executive Master degree programme, offering participants a recognised qualification from one of the world’s
leading business schools.
This 18-month modular programme leads to an Executive Master, offering participants a recognised qualification from one of the world’s leading business schools. It follows the same highly effective format and content as Consulting and Coaching for Change – with the added benefits of an additional module of four days on Human Behaviour Dynamics, a final Master thesis and a 50-hour practicum (supervised consulting and/or coaching practice).
The programme enables you to delve into the heart of the basic drivers of human behaviour as well as to identify and manage the hidden dynamics of teams and organisations. It offers a qualification in the developing field of intra- and inter-personal development, and integrates clinical and organisational psychology. The Executive Master will prepare you to assume significant roles in leading organisations, individual and organisational development and change management, thereby creating more effective organisations. The programme is composed of eight modules, three practicum experiences and a Master thesis.
On an individual level, the insights and clarity gained from the programme will greatly increase your ability to manage people issues that affect business performance. By being able to ensure a fit between people, the organisation and corporate goals, you can make a significant contribution to developing the business. In the process, you will transform yourself into a reflective and powerful agent of change.
