In September 2011 at its campus in Singapore, INSEAD will hold the inaugural session of its Executive Masters Degree in Clinical Approaches to Management. The Executive Masters builds on the highly successful Consulting and Coaching for Change programme, which is now entering its 11th year on the Fontainebleau campus and which has trained more than 350 consultants and HR and business executives.
The Executive Masters Degree is an 18-month executive programme that offers participants a recognised academic qualification in the developing field of intra- and inter-personal development. The programme integrates clinical and organisational psychology and will prepare you to assume significant roles in leading organisations, individual and organisational development and change management, thereby creating more effective organisations. The programme is composed of 8 modules, three practicum experiences and a Masters thesis.
As one of the founders of the Coaching for Change programme and Director for the Executive Masters Degree, Professor Roger Lehman will hold a briefing session that will provide you with an opportunity to become more familiar with this unique, innovative and transformational programme. During this session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions as well as being provided with more specific details about the Executive Masters Degree.

About the speaker
Professor Roger Lehman is the programme director of the Executive Masters Degree in Clinical Approaches to Management at INSEAD’s Singapore campus, where he designs and teaches in both open and company specific programs. Professor Lehman provides a focus on executive leadership, personal and professional development, change management and high performance teams. In addition, he is a member of the core faculty at the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre.
