About the presentation

What is leadership in a corporate context? What does it take to continue to develop as a leader as managers move to new challenges and grow in their role? What place should leaders give to their intuition? How should they balance emotions with their analytical skills and technical capabilities? What are the leadership competences required at various stages of one’s career, including at senior general management level? What can one expect to change after attending a management programme like the one developed at INSEAD?

These and other related issues will inform this discussion about leadership development. Professor Ludo Van der Heyden, who will run the discussions, has a strong track record of research and teaching at INSEAD and has been directing our successful Advanced Management Programme (AMP) for nearly 10 years.

Join us for this exclusive evening and discover how INSEAD Executive Education can equip you with the necessary tools needed for your leadership challenges ahead or those of your teams. Hear from us about the General Management Programmes offered and leave with a clear picture of how to further develop your general management skills and those of your company.
