From candidates to participants

Most successful candidates are also in the course of making a career breakthrough. One way or another, they are about to become highly successful general managers. Some have already been promoted, while others are about to make that big breakthrough. Apart from that, they tend to fit the following profile.

• At least eight years’ management experience
• Facing new challenges, broadly associated with general management
• Significant responsibility for strategic decision making
• Either working in Asia, about to work in Asia or with some Asian responsibilities
• Able to learn through the medium of English

From network to community

INSEAD provides the opportunity to meet and stay in touch through the programme and its online platform, but the real sense of community comes from participants themselves. Participant groups are still in touch many years after coming to INSEAD and organise their own reunions throughout Asia.
